Refunds and Cancellations


All of our GROUP classes have a TWELVE hour cancellation policy. We feel that this is sufficient time to be able to cancel your class without a penalty.
If you cancel within TWELVE hours of the class start time, your account will be charged the amount of the class (if you are using a pass, this amount will be deducted). If you do not show up to class, the class cost will be deducted.
If you know that you cannot attend a class you have booked, please be sure to cancel with as much notice as possible to free up space for someone else.
PRIVATE sessions have a TWENTY FOUR hour cancellation whereby the full amount of the 1:1 session will be charged.
WORKSHOPS are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, another person may come in your place, but we are unable to refund the money paid. Workshops are limited to 16 people. If you cannot attend, drop us an email, as we may have a waiting list, so might be able to transfer the place.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
