STRONG CLASSES

Our strong classes are designed for those with a physically strong yoga practice, looking to get a challenge during the class. We will break down arm balances and inversions and the pace will be generally be rapid.

ALL LEVELS

All levels flow classes are suitable for all levels of practitioner, however, if you are brand new to yoga, you will want to start with a gentle class first. Always listen to your own body and take variations.

GENTLE CLASSES

Our gentle classes are designed for beginners, those with injuries and for those working on their practice at a slower pace. The class is designed to be accessible and to allow more time for breaking down the poses. 

KIDS CLASSES

We have various kids and teen yoga classes separated into ages 4-7, 8-11 and 12+. Mum and baby classes will run upon request as will preschool yoga with children aged 2-4 accompanied by an adult.

As a brand new studio, we are trialling a number of classes on different days and times to see what the uptake is. After 6 weeks we will revisit the timetable to make sure it is working for us and you.

Bring yourself

We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and eye pillows. Please give your mat a spray at the end of class to ensure it’s clean for the next person. A small towel is a good addition if you tend to sweat.

Please be mindful

Please note that this studio is in the back garden of our home. The entrance is down the public footpath behind the house at 27 Downhurst Rd and through the gate. There isn’t a bathroom in the studio, though the house may be used if really necessary.

The Teachers

We are Beth Peak and Loni Lincoln, the owners of Sequoia Yoga. We have been working together
in the yoga industry for 3 years, co-creating events, retreats and workshops in both Surrey
and around the world.We have a passion for yoga and bringing it to as many people as possible.

BETH PEAK

Yoga Elder / Trainer

Beth has been teaching yoga for 9 years and is passionate about making yoga accessible, fun and inspiring for as many people as possible. She trained in Los Angeles at Liberation Yoga Studio.

LONI LINCOLN

Yoga Teacher/ Founder

Loni has spent the last 10 years learning from some of the world’s leading yoga, philosophy and anatomy specialists. She teaches group classes, provides sessions in 4 of the Top Independent schools and provides 1-2-1 yoga sessions for private and corporate clients.
