Amy began her yoga journey a decade ago when she discovered the practice during a stay in hospital. The mat, a safe space to feel energised and grounded. Amy began teaching yoga 5 years ago as a way of enhancing her own practice and supporting others in their own journey towards health and wellbeing. Amy thrives when she is connecting and inspiring people. She also teaches fitness classes and loves being able to encourage participants to feel empowered through challenging the body and the mind. Health should be considered as a whole; the physical, mental and spiritual. Amy is also a qualified massage therapist.
