Teen Yoga is suitable for ages 12-17, regardless of physical ability, experience or gender. The class is designed to be a welcoming introduction to yoga, creating the space to become more grounded, release stress and tension, whilst learning how to safely stretch, breathe and grow. At a certain point, teens may wish to come along to regular classes. Our request is that teens 13-15 are accompanied by an adult in regular classes unless they have been coming to teen yoga regularly. Anyone 16+ is welcome to come by themselves to any class.
Starting May 3rd – June 14th (no class on Thursday 31st).
