Pre and Post-natal
Pregnancy yoga will run if there is a group of women interested in getting together for sessions (min 5 to run a course). Pre-natal yoga is suitable for women 12+ weeks of pregnancy and will be a nurturing session of both exercise and relaxation. If you’re interested, please make an enquiry so we know who is interested.
Post-natal mum and baby yoga is suitable for babies 6 weeks – crawling and again will run if there is the demand.
